2019 Ginger New Crop Reduction

ACE's 2019 Ginger crop, USDA organic certified, is now under harvesting (a manual process). This year, due to the significant shrinking of cultivation size, China's total Ginger production is expected to be 40% less than that of 2018. The market price for fresh and dried ginger has increased by 60% compared with last year.
